1、 Operation procedure of control panel

1. Refer to the electrical wiring diagram for the external wiring of the control panel. Connect 380V three-phase four wire AC the inlet hole of the electric control cabinet, the control panel shell should be reliably grounded.

2. Check whether the components in the electric control cabinet are loose intact.

3. Turn on the main power switch, the power indicator on the control panel is on, indicating that the power is on.

4. After the power supply is connected, the temperature controller will start automatically. If the green light is on, it means it is in the working state, then turn the temperature control on

5. Turn the button to the allowable working temperature range (40-80 ℃), the heater heats the oil (in order to prevent "dry burning", the heater can only be started after the oil filter enters oil after the oil circulation is normal).

6. After the whole machine stops running, disconnect the main power switch, then lock the control cabinet door.

2、 Operation steps instructions

(1) Instructions for use

1. The ambient temperature of high efficiency vacuum oil filter should be in the range of - 20 ~ 45 ℃. However, at low temperature (below 0 ℃), the water in the cooling water tank should be liquid when starting.

2. The altitude of the site will directly affect the vacuum degree of the high-efficiency vacuum oil filter. The higher the altitude, the lower the vacuum degree (negative value).

3. The oil to be treated should be too dirty (i.e. there are too many impurity particles in the oil), otherwise, other filtering equipment must be used for pre filtration to avoid affecting the degassing efficiency of the oil filter blocking the filter elements.

4. The power line leading into the high-efficiency vacuum oil filter should be equipped with overload protection device. When the power line is connected to the high-efficiency vacuum oil filter, the rotation direction of oil pump vacuum pump should be correct, the whole machine should be reliably protected connected to zero.

(2) Operation steps

1. Connect the oil inlet outlet pipes of the oil filter, the oil inlet shall point to the oil to be treated (the oil inlet pipe shall contact the bottom of the oil tank to prevent the damage of mechanical impurities at the bottom of the oil pipeline). The oil outlet shall be connected with the container for storing the processed oil products, ensure that there is no oil leakage at the joints. Connect the three-phase four wire power supply correctly.

2. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on to prove that the whole machine is in the ready working state. Close the valve at the inlet outlet, the valve at the oil outlet, the bypass valve, the water drain valve, the gas-liquid balance valve the oil drain valve, press the start button of the vacuum pump.

3. When the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank reaches -0.084mpa (observed the vacuum gauge), open the oil inlet valve, the oil will be quickly sucked into the vacuum tank.

4. When the oil level in the vacuum tank reaches the set value of the floating ball liquid level controller, the solenoid valve will automatically close stop oil feeding. At this time, the oil outlet valve can be opened.

5. Start the oil pump motor button. (special attention should be paid to the user: when starting the oil pump, the oil outlet valve must be opened first, otherwise the filter will be broken. )The oil filter began to work continuously.

6. Adjustment of oil flow balance at oil inlet outlet: when the vacuum degree on the vacuum tower is abnormal, the gas-liquid balance valve can be properly adjusted to adjust the vacuum degree to maintain the balance of oil flow at the inlet outlet. When the solenoid valve may work normally due to blockage other factors, the bypass valve can be opened to ensure the normal operation of the oil filter.

7. When the oil circulation is normal, press the electric heating start button to heat the oil. The temperature controller has preset the range of 40 ℃ - 80 ℃. At this time, when the oil temperature rises to the set temperature, the oil filter will automatically turn off the heater. When the oil temperature is lower than the set temperature, the heater will start automatically. Therefore, the oil filter has the function of automatic heating uniform constant temperature.

8. After the oil filter operates normally for a certain period of time, the oil can be sampled the sampling port for testing after the oil has been circularly filtered for a certain number of times.

9. When the pressure value is greater than equal to 0.4MPa, the oil filter will stop working automatically under the action of pressure protection device. At this time, the filter should be cleaned the filter element should be replaced. Then start the oil filter.

10. when there are too many oil bubbles in the three-dimensional vacuum flash tower, it will lead to the drainage device. When the floating ball level controller is set, the equipment will stop automatically. Prevent the oil ejecting the vacuum pump.

(3) When the oil filter runs for a certain time, the separated water should be discharged the drainage device. The amount of water can be seen the liquid level display tube on the drainage device. When the water level reaches the upper limit set by the floating ball liquid level controller, the equipment will automatically close open the drain valve. After the water in the drainage device is drained, close the drain valve restart the oil filter.

(4) When the oil treatment is finished it is necessary to stop the operation, the operation steps are as follows:

1. Turn off the heater first, continue to feed oil for 3-5 minutes, then close the valve at the oil inlet.

2. Close the vacuum pump open the gas-liquid balance valve to relieve the vacuum.

3. After the oil in the flash tower of vacuum tower is drained, turn off the oil pump. Drain the remaining oil in each device.

4. Turn off the main power supply close all external valves of the oil filter for next use.

5. In case of emergency, the emergency stop button can be pressed to cut off the power supply of the oil filter the whole machine will stop running; if you want to start the machine, you must turn the emergency stop button clockwise to turn on all the control buttons. Attention should be paid when restarting the oil filter, the operation steps must be followed.

(5) Application operation of other functions

(1) when vacuumizing the equipment, connect the air outlet of the vacuumized equipment with the vacuum suction port of the oil filter, open the valve, close the other external valves, start the vacuum pump. The equipment can reach vacuum state after the vacuum pump of oil filter works continuously for a certain time. The vacuum degree can be observed the vacuum meter.

(2) vacuum oiling. The operation method is as follows:

a) Connect the oil inlet of the vacuum oil filling equipment with the oil outlet of the oil filter, connect the oil inlet of the oil filter with the oil barrel, connect the vacuum suction port on the oil filter with the equipment requiring vacuum oil injection, open the oil outlet valve.

b) Start the vacuum pump to vacuumize the equipment. When the vacuum degree reaches the user's requirements (which can be observed the vacuum meter), open the oil inlet valve start the oil pump. The oil is injected into the equipment under the action of the oil pump.

c) When the oil level reaches a certain value, turn off the oil pump. In this way, the oil filter can achieve the purpose of vacuuming the equipment injecting oil in vacuum at the same time.

(6) Operation precautions

1. When the vacuum pump is working, pay attention to the condition of the oil indicated on the oil gauge (the oil should be on the oil mark line). When the vacuum pump has a lot of water, it should be replaced in time.

2. Always pay attention to the change of pressure gauge value. When the pressure value is greater than equal to 0.4MPa, the filter should be cleaned the filter element should be replaced.

3. The filter screen of the primary filter should be removed cleaned frequently to keep it clean, so as to avoid blockage, resulting in insufficient oil intake high pressure.

4. Pay attention to whether the operating noise of vacuum pump, oil pump corresponding motor is normal at any time during operation. If abnormal, it should be eliminated immediately.

5. When the high-efficiency vacuum oil filter is in use, drain the vacuum pump oil completely inject new oil.

6. Before oil treatment, the water impurities should be sucked out the bottom of the oil barrel with a water suction device to ensure that the pressure is above 10kV.
