High efficiency vacuum oil filter is designed according to different boiling points of water oil. It is composed of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, primary filter, vacuum pump, oil drain pump electrical cabinet.

The vacuum pump of the high-efficiency vacuum oil filter draws out the air in the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the oil the outside enters the primary filter through the inlet pipe to eliminate large particles, then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40-75 ℃ passes through the automatic oil level valve, which automatically controls the balance of the oil quantity entering the vacuum tank. The heated oil is separated into a semi mist by the rapid rotation of the spray wing. The water in the oil is rapidly evaporated into water vapor is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled then discharged back to the original water. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, the particulate impurities are filtered out through the filter element. Thus, the vacuum oil filter can quickly remove impurities, water gas in the oil, so that the clean oil can be discharged the outlet.

Preparation before use

1. Open the electrical box, check whether all electrical components are complete, whether they are loose wet, remove foreign matters.

2. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct, which should conform to the direction of the indicating arrow.

3. Check whether the bolts nuts of each part of the machine are loose. Observe the oil window of vacuum pump whether the vacuum oil reaches the oil mark.

4. Connect the main power supply ground wire.

5. Close the drain valve of cooler, check whether the hose joints are loose, connect the inlet outlet pipes.

6. Check whether the coarse filter fine filter are installed properly.

7. Close all valves.

(2) Manufacturers start

1. Open the door of the electrical box, close the main power switch, adjust the temperature controller to 45-65 degrees;

2. Start the vacuum pump observe that the negative pressure of the vacuum gauge reaches the specified value (generally close to - 0.06mpa)

3. After the vacuum pump operates normally, open the oil inlet valve observe the oil level in the vacuum cylinder;

4. When the oil level reaches the lower window of the vacuum cylinder, start the oil drain pump, the heater can only be turned on when the oil circulates normally. When it starts to use, due to the humidity inside the machine the excessive moisture in the oil, a large amount of oil will be produced in the vacuum cylinder. At this time, the valve can be slightly opened to reduce the vacuum eliminate the foam. If the water content of turbine oil is too large, it is necessary to pay attention to the rise of oil foam in normal use. The oil foam shall exceed the upper window, so as to avoid entering the vacuum pump causing failure. After the machine runs normally, close the air inlet valve. In normal operation, both the rising of oil foam the vacuum degree should be controlled at - 0.08mpa.

(3) Operation precautions

1. The working temperature of vacuum pump shall exceed 75 ℃

2. When all motors work without abnormal noise, the motor temperature shall be greater than 60 ℃.

3. Pay attention to observe the pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge exceeds the specified value, stop the machine to clean the filter screen.

4. If the oil intake is too small, check the coarse filter whether the filter screen is blocked. If it is blocked, clean it with kerosene continue to use it.

(4) Precautions for shutdown:

The heater must be shut down first, then the vacuum pump should be stopped, then the oil inlet valve should be closed to discharge the tank
