working principle:

Vacuum oil purifier is designed according to different boiling points of water oil. It is composed of primary filter, feed pump, heater, vacuum tank, vacuum pump, condenser, fine filter, oil drain pump electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump draws out the air the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of the feed pump, the external oil enters the primary filter through the inlet pipe to eliminate large particles, then enters the heater. The oil heated to 40-70 ℃ passes through the automatic oil level valve, which automatically controls the balance of the oil quantity entering the vacuum tank. The heated oil is sprayed into the vacuum container, the water in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor is continuously sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The water vapor entering the condenser is cooled then condensed into water discharged. The dehydrated degassed oil is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, the particulate impurities are filtered out through the filter element. Thus, the vacuum oil filter can quickly remove impurities, water gas in the oil, so that the clean oil can be discharged the outlet.
